Collaboration with institutions and organizations

The Foundation is committed to establishing and strengthening strategic partnerships with universities, research centers, government institutions, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and the private sector to promote an integrated approach to biosafety and public health, as well as to potential CBRNe (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and explosive) threats. These agreements will enable the sharing of knowledge, expertise, and resources to more effectively address the challenges related to biological risks. The Foundation will facilitate the coordination of research projects, the development of epidemiological studies, and the implementation of awareness-raising initiatives. In addition, it will collaborate with international agencies to promote continuous training, the adoption of best practices in biosafety, and the improvement of healthcare infrastructures worldwide. The ultimate goal is to strengthen collective response capacity to biological crises by encouraging data sharing, innovative solutions, and the transfer of advanced technologies.

The Foundation also positions itself as a strategic partner for Prefectures and local authorities in the planning, development, and implementation of civil defense plans, with a particular focus on biological and health threats. It will provide technical support in the preparation of biosafety and CBRNe protocols, in strengthening emergency response capabilities, and in training personnel involved in civil defense operations. Moreover, the Foundation will work to integrate healthcare resources and biocontainment infrastructures into civil defense plans, ensuring that local authorities are prepared to face biological threats quickly and effectively, protecting public health and minimizing the social and economic impact of potential emergencies.
